      I always try to walk at least 30 min per day and my body can really feel the difference. Even at home I try to exercise, do a lil workout every 3-4 hours, 40 abdomens and some push-ups can really make the difference.

      I am 24 years old and I have a 3 yr old. I am now bigger than I was before I got pregnant with her and can not seem to loose weight. I have tried so many things but I get discouraged because I never see results. Like every one else I do not have the money to try any of those 200-300 dollar diet programs.
