So in reading this list we learn that Slimstyles PGX is chocked full of vitamins, minerals and whey protein concentrate, but the good stuff, the actual ‘PGX’ is only 5 grams total.  The PGX formula itself is made up of Konjacmannan, sodium alginate and xanthan gum, which all soak up water.  Konjacmannan is commonly used in products to create feelings of satiety as it swells in the digestive tract.  Unfortunately you don’t know how much you’re getting in the PGX formula itself.
