  • Capsaicin – 45.5 mg (13%) – the chemical in peppers that make them hot, when digested this can cause body to actually heat up a bit and burn extra calories
  • L-carnitine – 80.6 mg (23%) – doesn’t directly affect weight loss, but may improve muscle performance.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 24.5 mg (7%) – though this is a pretty weak dose, apple cider vinegar has a number of benefits including possibly appetite suppression and improved digestion

Oddly enough, the only “unique Chinese herb” we see is the cassia seeds, which are basically laxatives.  If you’re wanting to flush out water weight and possibly dehydrate yourself, then great, but this isn’t the kind of key ingredient you want for long-term weight loss.
