hi how long did it take u to lose 30 pounds .yes iv tried everything but cant lose weight .iam also 5ft 4 like to lose somewere between 30-40 pound but have no idea were to jump start ?

all of these products sound awsum…ive recently lost 30 pounds and weigh 150 now but im 5ft 4 and wud like to weigh sumwhere btween 100 and 120 but ive hit a plateau in my weight loss and im trying everything within my power to jumpstart it and these sound like just the thing i need
