before taking this detox I had lost 22lbs due to running and eating healthier, not only did I feel the cramping, I felt constipated and sick feeling. After completing I have noticed that my bowel movements have not been regular which i have never had a problem with before.. I would not use this product again!

I have been taking the Detox and Cleansing pills for a week now and I didn’t feel any cramping nor dehydration. I think it really worked for me. I ate healthier and I am working out. Now I am taking the fatburner pills. I have read so many different opinions about Jillians products…. I guess it depends on the person. I didnt wanna spend 100 bucks or more on pills like that (like the recommended ones here on this page). All of the other Detox pills have different opinions and reviews so I guess you just have to try for yourself if it works…. Of course it definitely wont work if you dont change anything in your diet and workout.

i bought just the Detox and cleanse and i don’t feel nauseated and im not cramping or dehydrated. when i take the pills i eat little something after and i drink the full glass of water, sense im on the pills i been eating kellogg’s special K and yorget. the only thing that the pills make me feel is little bit hunger, i started to take them three days ago, most of these programs make me sick, this is the only one that i starting to feel good about, i do attend to stop eating alot of junk food, and started eating right, why do something that could help your body then turn around and junk it right back up with candy, and suger, and more fats.

I am cramping, I am nauseated and at work like this on her product that I too wish I had read up on. I just wanted my liver and kidneys to be detoxed. Now I don’t know what I have done or when the pain in my lower abdomen will cease. I am glad you all are here ti give us information. Thank you.

She had the best on the market but after reading this I’m not so sure I’m still gonna

I just bought the jillian detox and clense with the 7 day replenishment today, and i wish i looked it up on the computer before i bought it. I wouldnt even looked now but the reason i did because it didnt come with any information on what i should eat while i was detoxing and cleansing and now i am disappointed in what i just read about the grade she got on this. I dont have the kind of money just to throw away and i just did how sad.
