I used hydroxycut few years ago and it dropped my weight down madly but the effects restless, no sleep, shaking and feeling exausted all time under the effect of pills, add to that i had to do a Lipoma surgery that grew beneath my belly button could be probably from the pills or the fast weight loss, im using Hydroxycut advanced i cant sleep now lol, and i will post the effects, if anyone wants to know about the advanced effects you can email me i’ll be glad to help

I have been taking Hydroxy cut for 3 days now and i have not been able to sleep, its now 4am and i am wide awake. I am more wide awake tonight than i was lastnight, it seems to be getting worse!!! I exercise everyday plus eat VERY healthy and i work 12 hour days. There is no other reason why i cannot sleep!

I have started taking these pills few days back, started with 2 pills a day and now I have started taking 4 pills a day. I do not feel any side effects nor any extra energy with these pills . Will continue taking these pills for another 1 month to see what the results are and will post my coments if the results are good .

i started hydroxycut advanced 3 days ago i lost 1.5 kg till now …i started with one pill n now i am taking 3 pill will increase it to 4 a day no side effects till now by gods grace ..it gives me alot of energy n sweat too..i don feel hungry but guys u hve too drink alot of water through out d day ….i was also afraid actually to be truthful but my gym tutor who has been mr punjab [india] told me there would not be any side effects from it…i was very strict if ill get any side effect ill just stop…soo i guess its good product but i guess LIPO6 is more effective according to the positive review on internet ..rest i dont no about it…just be sure guyz it should not hve side effects because health n immunity should be our 1st priority…ill update my results after a week…bbye

Hey everyone so ive been doing hydroxycut for the past four days and ive been doing it with a low calorie diet and walking 3 to 4 miles a day so my starting weight was 211 and my weight this morning was 204 for a total of a 7lb weight loss hopefully ill keep it going and reach my goal of 160!!! yay

I have been using Hydroxycut Advanced for about a month now, and I must say it is a great product. I have not had any side affects with using this product. i have lost 13 pounds in a month with using Hydroxycut Advanced. I eat healthy, I exercise, and i take the pills as instructed. when I go into the gym I am full of energy and ready to work up a sweat, and after I do exercise I feel really good about my self. When I started the product I weighed 287 pounds, now I am at 274. I am going to continue to use the product because I have had great results with no side afftects. You have to be determined and you have to put the work in. It will not see results in one to two days, you have to give it some time… WORK THAT BODY OUT!!!

I have been taking Thermogenic Hydroxycut Advanced since late spring (2010) in conjunction with running on my elliptical for 40-60 minutes a day atleast 5 days a week. I’ve been keeping my caloric intake between 900-1200 calories a day. I eat alot of light yogurt, 60 calorie pudding cups, chocolate rice cakes, 90 calorie granola bars, and 20 calorie/slice turkey lunch meat, and I drink lots and lots and LOTS of water ever day. I do NOT drink my calories. I pay very close attention to calorie values in all the food I eat if at all possible, but I also eat out and chow down on some “less than healthy” foods once in a while. I don’t believe in depriving myself of things I love, and I absolutely LOVE food. I take the recommended dose of 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in early afternoon.
I have been taking my measurements faithfully since 6/3/10, but until mid-summer I was afraid to get on the scales, so therefore, I do not know the exact number of pounds lost. I will list my measurements below.

As of 6/3/10, my measurements were:
hips above butt 39 1/2″
hips around butt 42″
waist @ smallest point 31″
over boobs 36 1/2″
thigh 25 1/2″
upper arms 14″
calf @ widest point 18 3/4″

As of 10/3/10, my measurements were:
hips above butt 36 1/2″
hips around butt 37 1/2″
waist @ smallest point 27 1/2″
over boobs 33 1/2″
thigh 21 1/4″
upper arm 11 1/4″
calf @ widest point 14 1/2″

I do not believe that there is any pill out there that will magically make you lose weight. I believe that if you want it bad enough, and you combine the right weight loss supplement with the right amount of determination and common sense, you can be the size you want to be. I am 5′ 7″ tall. I am a 27 years old female. I weigh 172 lbs and wear a size 10 jeans. Before I lost weight, I was squeezing into a stretchy size 14 jeans, and weighed probably around 200-205 lbs.
Thermogenic Hydroxycut is NOT a miracle pill. But, I am 12 lbs away from my goal weight of 160 lbs, and honestly, if I stay right where I am, I’ll be happy. I look and feel amazing.
The only side effects I have experienced are sleepless nights when I take the pills too close to bedtime. Aside from that? Thermogenic Hydroxycut Advanced is a great product and, with the right approach, it can be a very beneficial addition to your weight loss routine.

I finished one whole botttle of Hydroxycut Advanced, and I was surprised at the results. I did not see anything in the first week, but after 3 weeks I definitly saw results. My waste line was alot smaller and my belly was definitly slimmer and flat, instead of round!….I lost a total of about 30-40lbs….and I lost 2.5 inches on my waste alone. I went into a store to buy some more jeans, and I tried on my normal size, and surprisingly enoughm they were way to big, so I had to go a size down, and they were alright, but a bit big! I was very impressed with my results. I also ate way less, had more energey (but not jitters)….wanted to work out more…and worked out at least 6 times a week. I drank lots of water, and ate healthy foods.
Also, keep in mind I am a younger male, and i believe it affects everyones body different. (some side effects were -constipation, and the occasional head ache.)

I took hydroxycut for 4 mths and lost 50 lbs!!! I was always small until i got pregnant and gained 75 lbs. So i became self concious and turned to hydroxycut. Now… i can say that within my last month out of 4 that 3 times i had experienced rapid heart rate which is what caused me to stop taking it. i bent over one day and almost passed out. It scared me so bad i stoppped taking it. But my results were so great that of course after a few months i started taking it again. This time i decided i would take it one bottle at a time with a month break in between. with just one bottle i lost another 10 lbs. i just started the next bottle and hope to achieve to same goal. i drink plenty of water and excersie 5 days a wk for thirty minutes. i eat 1200 calories a day and make sure i have lots of protein. i think everything well affect ppl differently. that’s why there are so many different kinds of weight lose supplements. Find the one that works best for you. i have also experienced pains in my stomach but nothing to major… good luck all!
