    I just ordered Decatrim and have only taken it for a couple of days. The bottle states 1 pill 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch. I have already noticed a definate appetite suppressant quality, but have not weighed myself as yet. I have experienced some dizziness, probably because of the stimulant effect.

    I started yesturday..and not long after taking it i would get really shaky and light headed and i did have trouble sleep last night..my main problem is everytime i take the pill i have to go to the bathroom..I had four bowl movements yesturday which iam assuming this would be the cleansing process?..I dont know i just iam scared to take it on days i have to work would prefer to not be going to the bathroom throughout the day to stink it up…will this go away after a few days? or is going to happen everytime i take it?
