Take my name off your mailing list and send me no more product. I did not receive your product until after you charged me for a second bottle. You did not tell me I had 14 days from order date to cancel. As far as I am cocerned this is fraud and I will pursue further action unless my money is returnd.
I only called for the free trial, which was never delivered, but you did charge my account for the full amount on the following month. My name is Annette Hines, I ordered a free sample and called to have the order cancelled but was still charged 79.00 on my credit card. I was told by the customer service person that my order was cancelled and would not recieve any additional charges. after using your product i developed severe adominal pains and had to go to the emergency room. please return these funds back into my account asap. i notice that many people is having the same problem. maybe we should all pool together and sue your company with a “Class A” lawsuite. if this is not taken care of by your company.
